At JoCo Plant Company LLC, we want you to love your plants! If your plant arrives damaged, you can request a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Take clear photos showing the damage to your plant and packaging.

Our team will review your request promptly and get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds & Replacements

Refunds: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method for damaged plants.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacements: If the plant is available in our inventory, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

No Returns Needed: You do not need to return the damaged plant. Please keep it to remind yourself to handle it carefully.

Refunds are only available for plants damaged during shipping.

Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Please ensure photo evidence clearly shows the damage for quicker processing.
