Refund Requests

At JoCo Plant Company LLC, we want you to love your plants! If your plant arrives damaged, you can request a refund or replacement within 3 days of delivery.

 

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Take clear photos showing the damage to your plant and packaging.

  • Email your photos and order details to [jocoplantco@gmail.com].

  • Our team will review your request promptly and get back to you within 2 business days.

 

 

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method for damaged plants.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Replacements: If the plant is available in our inventory, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • No Returns Needed: You do not need to return the damaged plant. Please keep it to remind yourself to handle it carefully.

 

 

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only available for plants damaged during shipping.

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

  • Please ensure photo evidence clearly shows the damage for quicker processing.
