Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship your plants using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express, available both domestically and internationally. Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location.

 

 

Order Processing Time

We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed, so you can expect your green friends to be on their way quickly.

 

 

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to make growing your plant collection easier.

Handling & Plant Condition

Please be aware that minor damage to plants during shipping is to be expected due to their delicate nature. However, if your plant arrives badly damaged, we want to make it right! Please send us photo evidence of the damage to jocoplantco@gmail.com. We’ll offer either a refund or replace the plant if we have stock available.
